Yesterday was the second day after surgery, and the finally allowed Ellie to sit up. The physical therapist came by and checked out her legs.
Then Ellie got to get in her special stroller and go to the hospital library for a new book to read. . .
She’s still pretty groggy from the pain meds, and was pretty tired after having therapy and wheeling around a little while.
But she’s making progress!
