Ellie is still in Florida getting intensive therapy every weekday. She is making a lot of progress. Day to day it may seem slow, but when you look back and realize how far she’s come since she had her surgery… WOW!
Being in Florida has advantages! Ellie gets to do her own sort of aquatic therapy by going swimming in the pool at the condo complex where they are staying. Here she is in the pool exactly 12 weeks after surgery. . .

She loves going swimming! When they go back to Canada in June, I feel certain she will miss essentially having a pool in the backyard.
She’s swimming, she’s walking with canes, she’s made a lot of progress since her surgery!

I”m sad to say that my hosting service deleted Ellie’s blog. It just disappeared. When I inquired, it seemed when they moved another blog for me, they for some reason ended up accidentally erasing this one.
It’s easy to see that’s exactly what happened, because they moved the other site on March 25. After that, the stats flat-lined.

I’ll try to get it done as fast as I can, but bear with me. I’m really swamped right now!
